333 - ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Ṣāliḥ narrated to us: Yaʿqūb b. Isḥāq al-Ḥaḍramī narrated to us from Ḥuṣayn, that Nāfiʿ al-Māzinī said: al-Ḥasan recited this verse: {And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire}. Then he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, "The birds of Paradise..." Abū Bakr said, "O Messenger of God, indeed those birds are tender." He said, "Eating them is even more tender than them. And by the One in whose hand is my soul, I certainly hope that you will eat from them, O Abū Bakr." Then al-Ḥasan said, "By God, he will surely eat from them, and God will not disappoint the hope of His Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him."
