88 - Al-Ḥusayn b. ʿAlī b. Zayd al-Ṣudāʾī narrated to us that he was told from ʿAbd Allāh b. ʿUbayd Allāh b. ʿĀṣim al-ʿAbbādānī from al-Faḍl b. ʿĪsā from Muḥammad b. al-Munkadir from Jābir b. ʿAbd Allāh, who said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: "God, Mighty and Majestic, will send a caller to call out to the people of Paradise, calling them with a voice that makes them all hear, saying: 'O people of the everlasting kingdom, the enduring bliss, and the life in which there is no death!' They will all answer. He will say: 'Your Lord says: Are you pleased with Me?' They will say: 'Glory be to our Lord! We are fully pleased with our Lord.' He will say: 'O people of Paradise, indeed your Lord says to you: Is there any need?' They will say: 'Glory be to our Lord! Our Lord has given us our needs.' He will say: 'O people of Paradise, indeed your Lord says: I will give you better than what I have given you.' They will say: 'Glory be to our Lord! And what thing is better than what our Lord has given us?' He will say: 'O people of Paradise, indeed your Lord says: I have given you My good pleasure, and My good pleasure is greater.' Thus, He will magnify it for the people of Paradise, and He will multiply everything in it manifold."
