"That is the Book, there is no doubt in it", meaning: This Book, there is no doubt in it. "Guidance for the God-fearing (Al-Muttaqin)": those who fear polytheism (shirk).
﴿ذَلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ﴾ يَعْنِي: هَذَا الْكتاب لَا شكّ فِيهِ. ﴿هدى لِلْمُتقين﴾: الَّذين يَتَّقُونَ الشّرك.
