His saying, the Exalted: "O Children of Israel, remember My favor which I have bestowed upon you and that I preferred you over the worlds," meaning: the worlds of the people of their time.
قَوْله تَعَالَى: ﴿يَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ اذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتِيَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَأَنِّي فضلتكم على الْعَالمين﴾ يَعْنِي: عَالم أهل زمانهم
