"Indeed, those who disbelieve - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe" [Ayah 6] means: those for whom it has been preordained - in the unseen knowledge - that they shall meet Allah in a state of disbelief.
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ (آنذرتهم﴾ أَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ﴾ يَعْنِي: الَّذين سبق لَهُم - فِي علم الْغَيْب - أَنهم يلقون اللَّه بكفرهم
