Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 1 · Page 239173

Translation · EN

[He has only forbidden to you dead animals] up to His saying: [But whoever is forced, neither desiring nor transgressing]. The interpretation of Mujahid: 'neither desiring' (ghayra baghin) means: one who does not wrong the people; 'nor transgressing' (wala 'adin) means: not a highway robber, nor one who abandons the Imams (leaders), nor one who goes out in disobedience to Allah. [Then there is no sin upon him] means: he has the concession (rukhsah) to eat.

Yahya said: He may eat until he is full, but he shall not take provisions for the journey. [Verse 174-176]
