said: "He shall fast when he returns to his family."
Mujahid said: "If he wishes, he may fast them on the road." "That is for him whose family is not present at the Sacred Mosque" (2:196). 'Ata said: "Whoever is at a distance of one night's journey from it, he is among those present at the Sacred Mosque." [Verse 197]
قَالَ: ((صَامَ إِذَا رَجَعَ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ)).
وقَالَ مُجَاهِد: إِن شَاءَ صامها فِي الطَّرِيق. ﴿ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُ حَاضِرِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَام﴾ قَالَ عَطَاء: من كَانَ مِنْهَا عَلَى رَأس لَيْلَة، فَهُوَ من حاضري الْمَسْجِد الْحَرَام. [آيَة ١٩٧]
