"And remember Allah during [specific] numbered days" (2:203). Ibn Abbas said: They are the days of Tashreeq, in which Allah is remembered and the Jamarat are stoned, along with what has been established in the Sunnah regarding the Takbir following the prayers. "Then whoever hastens [his departure] in two days - there is no sin upon him; and whoever delays [until the third] - there is no sin upon him." Qatadah's interpretation: Meaning, whoever hastens to depart in two of the days of Tashreeq, there is no sin upon him, and whoever delays until the [third] day, there is no sin upon him.

His saying, the Exalted: "For him who fears [Allah]."

Yahya [narrated] from al-Harith ibn Nabhan, from Mansur, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Hurairah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever performs the Hajj to this House and does not commit obscenity or commit wickedness, he will emerge from his sins as the day his mother gave birth to him." [Verse 204]
