“Indeed, those who disbelieve—never will their wealth avail them” (Al-i-Imran: 10), meaning: it will not benefit them. “And it is they who are fuel for the Fire” (Al-i-Imran: 10), meaning: its firewood. [Verses 11–13]
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَنْ تُغْنِيَ عَنْهُم أَمْوَالهم﴾ أَي: لن تنفعهم ﴿وَأُولَئِكَ هُمْ وقود النَّار﴾ يَعْنِي: حطبها. [آيَة ١١ - ١٣]
