"Indeed, Allah chose Adam, and Noah" meaning: He selected. "And the family of Abraham," meaning: Abraham, his children, and his children's children, "and the family of Imran, above the worlds."
﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَى آدَمَ وَنُوحًا﴾ أَي: اخْتَار. ﴿وَآل إِبْرَاهِيم﴾ يَعْنِي: إِبْرَاهِيم وَولده، وَولد وَلَده ﴿وَآل عمرَان على الْعَالمين﴾
