"And he shall speak to the people in the cradle," meaning: in his mother's lap, "and in maturity," meaning: when he is fully grown. "And He will teach him," meaning: He will teach him when he is fully grown. She wanted to know how that would be, so she said: "My Lord, how shall I have a son when no man has touched me?
