"And he does not order you to take the angels and the prophets as lords," meaning: other than Allah. "Does he order you to disbelief after you have become Muslims?" This is an interrogative sentence, meaning: he does not do that.
﴿وَلا يَأْمُرَكُمْ أَنْ تَتَّخِذُوا الْمَلائِكَةَ والنبيين أَرْبَابًا﴾ أَي: من دون الله ﴿أَيَأْمُرُكُمْ بِالْكُفْرِ بَعْدَ إِذْ أَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ﴾ على الِاسْتِفْهَام أَي: لَا يفعل.
