"Abiding therein eternally," meaning: in that curse, the reward of which is the Fire. "The punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved," meaning: they will not be granted a delay in the punishment.
﴿خَالِدين فِيهَا﴾ أَي: فِي تِلْكَ اللَّعْنَة، وثوابها النَّار. ﴿لَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَا هم ينظرُونَ﴾ يؤخرون بِالْعَذَابِ.
