"Here you are, those who love them." He says to the believers: You love the hypocrites because they manifested faith, so they loved them for what they showed, and they did not know what was in their hearts.
﴿هَا أَنْتُم أولاء تحبونهم﴾ يَقُول للْمُؤْمِنين: أَنْتُم تحبون الْمُنَافِقين؛ لأَنهم أظهرُوا الْإِيمَان، فأحبوهم على مَا أظهرُوا، وَلم يعلمُوا مَا فِي قُلُوبهم.
