Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 1 · Page 553120

Translation · EN

"If good befalls you, it distresses them," meaning by good: victory. "But if you are struck by evil," a calamity from the polytheists, "they rejoice at it. And if you are patient and conscious of God, their plan will not harm you at all," meaning: they have no power except for harm through their tongues. "Indeed, God is encompassing of what they do," meaning: He will recompense them for what they do. [Verses 121-125]
