"Not for you is the decision at all" the verse.
Yahya: On the authority of Abu al-Ashhab, from al-Hasan: "The face of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was bloodied on the day of Uhud, so he began to wipe the blood from his face and say: 'How shall a people prosper who have bloodied the face of their Prophet while he calls them to their Lord?' Then Allah revealed: 'Not for you is the decision at all, or He may forgive them or punish them, for they are indeed wrongdoers.'"
Yahya said: In it is a transposition of order (taqdim wa ta'khir); he said: 'That He might cut off a portion of those who disbelieved or suppress them, so that they might turn back, disappointed. Or He may forgive them or punish them, for they are indeed wrongdoers.' [And the phrase] 'Not for you is the decision at all' [belongs before or after this].
