Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 1 · Page 643196

Translation · EN

"Do not let the movement of those who disbelieve in the lands deceive you," without punishment, for it is only a fleeting, transient enjoyment.

Muhammad said: It was said that the meaning of "Do not let the movement of those who disbelieve in the lands deceive you" is their engagement in trade and their acquisition of wealth. This is an address to the Prophet (peace be upon him), but the intended audience is the believers; meaning: "O believers, do not let it deceive you." [Folio 58]
