Yahya: From al-Hasan ibn Dinar, from al-Hasan, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "What do you say regarding adultery, theft, and drinking alcohol?" They replied: "Allah and His Messenger know best." He said: "They are acts of immorality (fawahish), and for them there is a prescribed punishment."
