His saying: {and the wayfarer}, meaning: the guest.
Yahya reported from 'Uthman, from Sa'id al-Maqburi, from Abu Shurayh al-Khuza'i, who said: The Messenger of God (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever believes in God and the Last Day, let him honor his guest; his prize is a day and a night, and hospitality is three days; whatever is beyond that is charity."
His saying: {and what your right hands possess}. Yahya reported from 'Uthman, from Qatadah, from Salih Abu al-Khalil, from Safinah, the freed slave of Umm Salamah, from Umm Salamah: "The last thing the Messenger of God (peace be upon him) said at the time of his death was: 'The prayer, and what your right hands possess,' until he began to articulate it in his chest, though his tongue could not express it."
