“...those who hide from the people, while they do not hide from Allah,” meaning: they feel shame before the people, but they do not feel shame before Allah.
﴿يَسْتَخْفُونَ مِنَ النَّاسِ وَلا يَسْتَخْفُونَ من الله﴾ ﴿أَي: يستحيون من النَّاس، وَلَا يستحيون من الله﴾.
