Translation · EN

It has also been said: 'Al-mihal' (strength) means trickery (al-hila); from this is the saying of Dhu al-Rumma:

(And he caused confusion among peoples, and everyone / Prepared for him the tricks and the schemes).

Meaning: deception and guile.

Surat Al-Ra'd from verse (14) to verse (16).

وَقَدْ قِيلَ: الْمِحَالُ: الْحِيلَةُ؛ وَمِنْ هَذَا قَوْلُ ذِي الرُّمَّةِ.

(وَلَبَّسَ بَيْنَ أَقْوَامٍ وَكُلٌّ … أَعَدَّ لَهُ الشغارب والمحالا)

يَعْنِي: الكيد وَالْمَكْر.

سُورَة الرَّعْد من الْآيَة (١٤) إِلَى الْآيَة (١٦).
