"Is he who knows that what has been revealed to you from your Lord is the truth like one who is blind" to it? That is, the two are not equal; meaning the believer and the disbeliever. "Only those of understanding will take heed," meaning those with intellects; and they are the believers.
﴿أَفَمَنْ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ الْحَقُّ كَمَنْ هُوَ أعمى﴾ عَنْهُ؛ أَيْ: أَنَّهُمَا لَا يَسْتَوِيَانِ؛ يَعْنِي: الْمُؤْمِنَ وَالْكَافِرَ ﴿إِنَّمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أولو الْأَلْبَاب﴾ الْعُقُول؛ وهم الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
