"Do you not see that Allah created the heavens and the earth with the truth?" meaning: He brings the matter to resurrection, the reckoning, Paradise, and Hell. "If He wills, He can do away with you," meaning: He will eradicate you with punishment, "and bring forth a new creation," meaning: others.
﴿أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَات وَالْأَرْض بِالْحَقِّ﴾ أَيْ: يُصَيِّرُ الأَمْرَ إِلَى الْبَعْثِ وَالْحِسَابِ وَالْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ ﴿إِنْ يَشَأْ يذهبكم﴾ يَسْتَأْصِلْكُمْ بِالْعَذَابِ ﴿وَيَأْتِ بِخَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ﴾ أَي: آخَرين
