"Muhti'in" (staring with necks outstretched), meaning: hastening towards the call when He calls them to Bayt al-Maqdis (Jerusalem).
Muhammad said: "Muhti'in" is in the accusative case (mansub) as a circumstantial qualifier (hal).
﴿مهطعين﴾ أَيْ: مُسْرِعِينَ إِلَى (نَحْوِ) الدَّعْوَةِ (ل ١٦٧) حِينَ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ.
قَالَ محمدٌ: (مُهْطِعِينَ) منصوبٌ عَلَى الْحَال.
