"Do not think that Allah will fail to keep His promise to His messengers," meaning the victory He promised them in this world.
"Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might," in His retribution, "and Owner of Retribution" against His enemies through His punishment.
﴿فَلا تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ مُخْلِفَ وَعْدِهِ رسله﴾ مَا وَعَدَهُمْ مِنَ النَّصْرِ فِي الدُّنْيَا.
﴿أَن الله عَزِيز﴾ فِي نقمته ﴿ذُو انتقام﴾ من أعدائه بعذابه.
