"And We have provided for you therein," in the earth, "means of subsistence," meaning: what God has brought forth for them therein, and what the children of Adam have produced. "And for whom you are not providers," meaning: We have provided for you, and for those for whom you are not providers, means of subsistence therein; meaning: the livestock and others among the creation whom the children of Adam do not sustain.
﴿وَجَعَلنَا لكم فِيهَا﴾ فِي الأَرْض ﴿معايش﴾ يَعْنِي: مَا أَخْرَجَ اللَّهُ لَهُمْ فِيهَا، وَمِمَّا عَمِلَ بَنُو آدَمَ ﴿وَمن لَسْتُم لَهُ برازقين﴾ أَيْ: جَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ، وَلِمَنْ لَسْتُمْ لَهُ بِرَازِقِينَ فِيهَا مَعَايِشَ؛ يَعْنِي: الْبَهَائِمَ وَغَيْرَهَا مِنَ الْخَلْقِ مِمَّنْ لَا يمونه بَنو آدم.
