"And that My punishment" means: the Fire, "is the painful punishment," the agonizing one.
﴿وَأَن عَذَابي﴾ يَعْنِي: النَّارَ ﴿هُوَ الْعَذَابُ الأَلِيمُ﴾ الموجع.
