Allah said: 'Indeed, I will send it down to you' on a condition, 'so whoever disbelieves after that from among you, then indeed I will punish him' in this world... [up to the end of] the verse. Ibn Abbas said: He sent down everything upon the table except for meat.
﴿قَالَ اللَّهُ إِنِّي مُنَزِّلُهَا عَلَيْكُمْ﴾ عَلَى شَرْطٍ ﴿فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بَعْدُ مِنْكُم فَإِنِّي أعذبه﴾ فِي الدُّنْيَا … الْآيَةَ، قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنْزَلَ عَلَى الْمَائِدَةِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ غَيْرَ اللَّحْمِ.
