"And to those who were Jews, We forbade what We have already related to you"—meaning: what was related in Surat al-An'am regarding what was forbidden to them by His saying: "And to those who were Jews, We forbade every animal with undivided hoof," the verse.
٢ - ! (وعَلى الَّذين هادوا حرمنا عَلَيْهِمْ) ﴿بِكُفْرِهِمْ﴾ (مَا قَصَصْنَا عَلَيْكَ من قبل﴾ يَعْنِي: مَا قَصَّ فِي سُورَةِ الأَنْعَامِ مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِقَوْلِهِ: ﴿وَعَلَى الَّذِينَ هَادُوا حَرَّمْنَا كُلَّ ذِي ظفر﴾ الْآيَة.
