"By which Allah guides those who pursue His pleasure to the ways of peace." Peace (al-Salam) is Allah, similar to their saying: "We will surely guide them to Our ways." Surah al-Ma'idah from verse (18) to verse (19).
﴿يَهْدِي بِهِ اللَّهُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رضوانه سبل السَّلَام﴾ وَالسَّلَامُ هُوَ اللَّهُ؛ كَقَوْلِهِمْ: ﴿لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سبلنا﴾. سُورَة الْمَائِدَة من الْآيَة (١٨) إِلَى الْآيَة (١٩).
