"And He settled you in the land," meaning: He made you dwell in it.
"And do not commit abuse," its explanation has already passed in Surat al-Baqarah.
﴿وبوأكم فِي الأَرْض﴾ أسكنكم.
﴿وَلَا تعثوا﴾ قَدْ مَضَى تَفْسِيرُهُ فِي سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَة.
