"Indeed, the earth belongs to Allah. He causes whom He wills of His servants to inherit it." Allah had informed Moses that He would destroy Pharaoh and his people, and that He would make the Children of Israel inherit the land after them. "And the [best] outcome is for the righteous," meaning: Paradise.
﴿إِنَّ الأَرْضَ لِلَّهِ يُورِثُهَا مَنْ يَشَاء من عباده﴾ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ قَدْ أَعْلَمَ مُوسَى أَنَّهُ مهلكٌ فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمَهُ، وَأَنَّهُ سَيُورِثُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَهُمْ ﴿وَالْعَاقبَة لِلْمُتقين﴾ يُرِيد: الْجنَّة.
