Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 2 · Page 474

Translation · EN

as Allah wills. "And had I known the unseen, I would have acquired much wealth," meaning: if He had disclosed to me more of the unseen than He has already disclosed, it would have been of greater benefit for me with Him; yet He has not informed me of the knowledge of the Hour, nor when its occurrence shall be. "And no evil has touched me," this is a response to the polytheists' claim that he is possessed, so Allah said to him: Say, "And no evil has touched me," [until the end of] the verse.

Surat Al-A'raf from verse (189) to verse (192).
