"Indeed, those you call upon besides Allah are servants like yourselves," meaning: they are created beings. "So call upon them, and let them respond to you, if you are truthful" that they are gods.
﴿إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ الله عباد أمثالكم﴾ أَيْ: مَخْلُوقُونَ ﴿فَادْعُوهُمْ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لَكُمْ إِن كُنْتُم صَادِقين﴾ أَنهم آلِهَة
