Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 2 · Page 491204

Translation · EN

"And remember your Lord within yourself, humbly and with fear," meaning: with fear of Him.

"And without being loud in speech, in the morning and the afternoon," meaning: the evenings. This was when the prayer consisted of two rak'ahs in the morning and two rak'ahs in the evening, before the five daily prayers were made obligatory.

"And do not be among the heedless," of Allah and His religion.
