"Only those who believe in Allah and the Last Day maintain the mosques of Allah" the verse, and "might" from Allah is a certainty (wajibah).

﴿إِنَّمَا يَعْمُرُ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمن بِاللَّه وَالْيَوْم الآخر﴾ الْآيَة و ﴿عَسى﴾ من الله وَاجِبَة.
