"And for them are the khayrat (fair and virtuous women)," Al-Hasan said: Meaning, the beautiful women; similar to His saying: "In them are fair and virtuous women (khayratun hisan)."
Muhammad said: It has been said: Al-khayrat are the excellent ones of everything, and its singular is khayyira.
﴿وَأُولَئِكَ لَهُم الْخيرَات﴾ قَالَ الْحَسَنُ: يَعْنِي: النِّسَاءُ الْحِسَانُ؛ مِثْلَ قَوْلِهِ: ﴿فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَاتٌ حِسَانٌ﴾.
قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ: وَقَدْ قِيلَ: الْخَيْرَاتُ: الْفَوَاضِلُ مِنَ كُلِّ شيءٍ؛ وَوَاحَدُهَا: خيرة.
