Translation · EN

"And it was not for Allah to lead a people astray after He had guided them" [up to] the verse.

It has reached us that some of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) died before the obligatory duties or some of them were ordained; so a group from the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Our brothers died before [these things] were made obligatory.'
