Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 2 · Page 793

Translation · EN

Muhammad said: Whoever reads "nor less than that, nor greater" (wa-lā aṣghara min dhālika wa-lā akbara) with the fathah [i.e., in the accusative case], the meaning is: Nothing escapes your Lord of the weight of an atom, nor the weight of anything smaller than that, nor anything greater. He vocalized it with fathah because it is diptote (lā yanṣarif). Whoever reads it with ḍammah [in the nominative case], the meaning is: There does not escape from your Lord the weight of an atom, nor anything smaller than that, nor anything greater.

Surah Yunus from verse (62) to verse (65).
