"They have certainly disbelieved who say, 'Allah is the third of three.'" Qatadah said: They said: 'Isa (Jesus) is a god, and his mother is a god, and Allah is a god. Allah said: "And there is no god except one God."
﴿لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِينَ قَالُوا إِنَّ الله ثَالِث ثَلَاثَة﴾ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ: قَالُوا:
عِيسَى إِلَهٌ، وَأُمُّهُ إِلَهٌ، وَاللَّهُ إِلَهٌ. قَالَ اللَّهُ: ﴿وَمَا مِنْ إِلَهٍ إِلا إِلَه وَاحِد﴾.
