"Whoever desires the life of the world and its adornment"—meaning: the polytheist who does not believe in the Hereafter.
"We will pay them in full for their deeds therein"—meaning: the reward for their good deeds. "And they will not be wronged therein"—they will not have their good deeds that they performed diminished.
﴿مَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا وَزينتهَا﴾ يَعْنِي: الْمُشْرِكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِالآخِرَةِ
﴿نوف إِلَيْهِم أَعْمَالهم فِيهَا﴾ يَعْنِي: جَزَاءَ حَسَنَاتِهِمْ ﴿وَهُمْ فِيهَا لَا يبخسون﴾ لَا يُنْقَصُونَ حَسَنَاتِهِمِ الَّتِي عَمِلُوا.
