Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 2 · Page 86824

Translation · EN

"The likeness of the two parties is as the blind and the deaf, and the seeing and the hearing. Are they equal in likeness?" meaning: they are not equal. The likeness of the disbeliever is that of the blind and the deaf, for he is blind and deaf to guidance; and the seeing and the hearing is the likeness of the believer, for he has seen the guidance and heard it. He says: Just as the blind and deaf are not equal to the seeing and hearing in your estimation in this world, likewise they are not equal before Allah in religion.

Surah Hud, from verse (25) to verse (28).
