"And do not deprive people of their due" means: do not commit injustice. "And do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption"—the explanation of "do not commit abuse" has already passed in Surah al-Baqarah.
﴿وَلَا تبخسوا النَّاس أشياءهم﴾ أَيْ: لَا تَظْلِمُوا ﴿وَلا تَعْثَوْا فِي الأَرْض مفسدين﴾ قَدْ مَضَى تَفْسِيرُ ﴿وَلا تَعْثَوْا﴾ فِي سُورَة الْبَقَرَة.
