Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 2 · Page 950108

Translation · EN

"But as for those who were prosperous" up to His saying, the Mighty and Majestic: "Except as your Lord wills," meaning: what those who entered before them were preceded by. He said: "And those who feared their Lord will be driven to Paradise in groups," he said: A group enters after a group.

In the Tafsir of al-Suddi: "Except as your Lord wills" means: what was remaining for the people of monotheism who were brought out of the Fire.

"A gift without end," meaning: without being cut off.
