"Will they help you?" (meaning: will they protect you from the punishment of Allah?), "or do they help themselves?" (i.e., will they defend themselves?).
﴿هَلْ يَنْصُرُونَكُمْ﴾ يَعْنِي: هَلْ يَمْنَعُونَكُمْ مِنْ عَذَابِ الله؟ ﴿أَو ينتصرون﴾ يمتنعون.
