{And when you strike} the believers, {you strike as tyrants}, meaning: killers without justification.

﴿وَإِذا بطشتم﴾ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿بطشتم جبارين﴾ يَعْنِي: قتالين بِغَيْر حق.
