The Messenger of God met Quraysh at the end of the third day, and they said: 'What has your Lord revealed to you regarding what we asked you about?' So he narrated it to them, and they were astonished, but Satan overcame them so that they would not believe him.
Qatadah said: 'And His saying: "And you have not been given of knowledge except a little" (17:85) refers to the Jews; meaning that they have not encompassed His knowledge.'
Yahya said: 'It has reached me from some of the Tabi'in that he said: The soul is one of the creations of God, and they have hands and feet.'
