Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 3 · Page 10798

Translation · EN

"And when he came to it, he was called, 'Blessed is'"—meaning, 'by that which is blessed'—"whoever is in the fire," meaning: himself; and it was not a fire, but rather the light of the radiance of the Lord of the Worlds, and Moses was seeing it as a fire. "And whoever is around it," meaning: the angels. It appears in the codex (mushaf) of Ubayy ibn Ka'b: 'He was called: Blessed is the fire and whoever is around it.'
