[Amman yahdeekum fee thulumati al-barri wal-bahri] (Or, who guides you in the darkness of the land and the sea), meaning: in the terrors of the land and the sea. [Wa man yursilu ar-riyaha nushran bayna yaday rahmatihi] (And who sends the winds as heralds of glad tidings before His mercy), meaning: the rain.
Surah An-Naml from (verse 64 to verse 70).
﴿أَمَّنْ يَهْدِيكُمْ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْر﴾ يَعْنِي: فِي أَهْوَالِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ﴿وَمن يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ نَشْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحمته﴾ يَعْنِي: الْمَطَر.
