Tafsir al-Qur'an al-'Aziz by Ibn Abi Zamanin
Volume 3 · Page 113764

Translation · EN

[Amman yabda'u al-khalqa thumma yu'eeduhu] (Or, who originates the creation, then repeats it), meaning: the Resurrection. [Qul hatoo burhanakum] (Say, bring forth your proof), Allah commanded the Prophet, peace be upon him, to say to the polytheists: bring forth your argument, [in kuntum sadiqeen] (if you are truthful) that these idols created any creation or fashioned any of this. All of this (fol. 251) is a continuation of the first discourse. [A-Allahu khayrun amma yushrikoon] (Is Allah better, or what they associate [with Him]?), meaning: that Allah does all of this, and He is better than their idols.
